Holy crap "How to Train Your Dragon" is so awesome!  Hence this picture.  Because I'm randomly obsesses with this movie there will probably be more viking/dragon-ish posts.

Yay for angst!  (sarcasm)  I dunno.  I felt angsty.  Thus...these pictures.

A friend of mine is writing a comic.  And I am drawing it.  These are just of couple of the character sketches I've done for one of the characters.  You'll probably be seeing more comic book art in the posts to come.

Sorry for the delay folks.  I haven't had any new posts in a while but I'm looking to change that.  These are just.....weird people I guess.  Hopefully no one is expecting anything deep or meaningful here on my blog. I just draw......stuff.

These:  Are snobs.  Or at least my vision of them.  For some reason I was incapable of drawing the guys hand properly (I was going to give him a martini too) so after much deliberation I left it blank.  Oh well...

This is a dragon.  Shocking I know.  I'm generally really really REALLY terrible with watercolour but I'm fairly content with how this one turned out.

I decided to incorporate the "blob zombie" (as submitted earlier) into this.  To those of you who haven't played KOTOR II the character in the foreground is Darth Nihilus.  He seemed to suit the zombie tone.

BATMAN!  and Joker!  Happiness all around!  This was done with acrylics.  And yes... I did re-create (or copy) this from someone else.  I'm not sure who made the original but I thought it was fairly impressive so...

I figured I'd shake things up a bit from just my sketchbook.  This is a collage.

Just doodles.  Nothing meaningful or overly impressive.

This is a binary code solo.  Yes I stole that from "Flight of the Concords".  If you can see the binary code solo in the background actually is what was said in "Flight of the Concords".

A lethal combination.  Unfortunately my markers started running out of ink at some point so some of the colouring is worse than usual.  I'm not much of a colourist in general.

Confusing?  Yes, I know.

This was my attempt at recreating giger's alien.  Not to bad to be drawn from memory.  Its not 100% done but I think I'll leave it as is to avoid ruining it by adding more.  For some reason people seem to have difficulty interpreting what it is.....

And lo I pronounce them......hands.   I just like hands.  These are drawn from random people in my art class.  Hopefully they wont mind.

This one was also heavily influenced by Colin Fix.  Seriously:  Got to love those zombies.
